From your catalog to a reviewed change
Sync your products
Open the installed app in Shopify admin. On Overview, choose Sync products and follow the background task. Check any incomplete-sync or catalog-range notice before using the displayed counts.
Review your SEO checks
Choose Run SEO checks, then review the findings for a product. The score measures the app's content rules; it is not a search ranking, traffic forecast or ranking promise. Rescan after the product changes.
Choose a draft rule
Open Rule Studio, choose a product and a draft rule, and select supported fields. Choose Create rule draft, then review the source wording and edit the facts yourself. Settings control the length of a new description summary. Rules keep the source language.
Save, preview and choose fields
Save your edits and inspect the search listing preview. Check every selected field, including any shortened text. The preview is illustrative; it does not verify what your theme or a search engine will display.
Confirm the change
Tick the review confirmation and choose Confirm apply. The app checks the current source values and records the operation. Follow its status to see whether the result has been confirmed.
Review history or restore
Open Change history. For a successful application, Restore these fields lets you confirm a return to that operation's previous values. Restoration checks for later changes and can stop on a conflict.
FOUR WAYS TO START
Choose a rule that fits the edit.
01Review current content
Start with the current custom SEO fields or supported product description. If a custom SEO field is blank, the draft uses the product title or description and explains the fallback. Review every proposed value; a blank custom field does not prove that the storefront is missing content.
02Search title from product title
Use the existing product title to prepare an SEO title. The rule does not rename the product itself. Long text is shortened to the field limit and marked for review.
03Summary from product description
Use text from the existing product description to prepare a meta description. Choose a 160, 200 or 320 character limit in Settings. This extracts and shortens existing wording; it does not write new claims.
04Clean description formatting
Prepare a description with supported paragraphs, lists, emphasis and safe links. Unsupported tags and attributes are removed. Compare the complete result before applying; complex layouts may change.
Plans, approval and your draft allowance
Choose a plan in Plans and review the subscription in Shopify. Access starts after Shopify confirms approval and the app verifies the subscription. Returning to the app without approval does not activate a plan.
One successfully prepared rule draft uses one draft allowance. Failed drafts release their reservation. Editing, previewing, applying and restoring an existing draft do not use another draft allowance. Annual plans keep a monthly allowance, and changing plans does not reset usage already consumed.
When the app labels the flow as test billing, Shopify test subscriptions do not create real charges. A test contract is not a permanently free public plan. Before approving any subscription, read the price and test status displayed by Shopify.
Cancel from the plan page. Once Shopify confirms cancellation, new subscription-required actions stop when no eligible subscription remains. Saved drafts and restoration remain accessible while the app is installed and the records still exist, subject to conflict checks.
Common questions
Which fields can I change?
SEO title, meta description and product description. The product display title and image alternative text are read-only in this version. The description cleanup rule preserves supported HTML, including paragraphs, lists, emphasis and safe links. It removes unsupported markup; inspect the result before confirming it.
Does editing or restoring use another draft allowance?
A new successfully prepared template draft uses one draft allowance. Editing an existing draft, applying its selected fields and restoring an operation do not use another template draft allowance. Check the app for your current eligibility and available allowance.
Will a rule add facts or translate my content?
Rules reuse the product wording already available to the app. They do not research keywords, translate content or invent product details. Add only facts you can verify when editing a draft.
Why does an audit show limited coverage?
Audits describe saved product snapshots and the rules that could be evaluated. Unknown information does not count as a passed check. A partial sync, list limit or incomplete image information can limit coverage; read the displayed scope notice before treating the result as a catalog-wide assessment.
When something needs attention
A task is still queued
Check task progress and the background task service status in Settings. A queued task stays saved while the service is unavailable; submitting it again is not needed.
A draft or product changed
Review the latest draft and product content before continuing. A version conflict prevents an older review from silently replacing newer edits. Keep a copy of any unsaved wording before reloading.
An application result is not confirmed
Read the operation status and check the product in Shopify admin. The app uses background reads to check interrupted updates and does not automatically resend an update whose result is unknown. Wait for confirmation before starting another change for that product.
Contact support
Email [email protected] for product, billing or privacy questions. Include your shop domain and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.
Refund requests are reviewed individually under Shopify Billing rules and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
